Is it safe to use credit card to order from your website?
We do not offer credit card service anymore.
Is it legal for me to order medication or prescription drugs from online?
YES - Laws differ from country to country. It depends on which medication. T here has never been an instance where anyone attempting to import medicine for personal use in 90 days supply has ever had any legal problems.
How long do I have to wait before my order arrive?
Your package will be shipped via postal Express Mail Service (EMS) and you will receive your order in 10 - 14 business days. It is our responsibilities for loss of the package during the shipment.
Is my order packaged discretely?
For your privacy and security, your parcel will be packaged and shipped as follow:
- Products are repacked with plain plastic bottle or bag (tablet). Original boxes and paper work will be removed.
- Anything that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
- We will divided your order into separate packages if the order is too large for one shipment.
- Shipments will be sent from various shipping points in different Asian countries (international) or States (domestic).
What if I cannot find the product that I am looking for ?
We carry 1000's of products, and can source 1000's more so if you are looking for something special, please contact us at request@724ip.com
Will I receive an order confirmation?
YES - Once we receive your order, we will email you the info.
Is it safe to use my credit card at 724 International Pharmacy?
YES - When you place an order online or with 724 International Pharmacy, You don't actually going thru our website. Just email us.
How to place an order via your site?
- Choose drugs from our product list in the left panel.
- Email us at contact@724ip.com or orders@724ip.com about what product and quantity of each product you need. We will then email you the payment method.
Is there someone I can contact if I have questions?

How do I know that the product you sell is not fakes?
Because we know we can make more profit by building up our reputation. We tested every single product in our lab before selling to our customers. You can always place a test order on us and see the quality product we carry.
What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
We have no limits to how much you can order.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide & P.O.Box. However, there are several countries that we do not deliver: Austrialia, Arabic countries, Canada...etc send us email to make sure. Policy may changes.
Any discount for bulk orders ?
YES - Please write us and we will tell you exact detail on our discount rate. The more you buy the more cheaper it goes. |
